This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Cultivate professional relationships with franchisees, KOPs, and Restaurant General Managers within your assigned territory to ensure everyone remains informed through consistent and transparent communication based on trust and respect.
• Ensure compliance with company brand standards by franchisees and operations teams.
• Conduct an Operations Excellence Review (OER) at least annually for every restaurant, providing a documented review and action plan with each Franchisee/KOP to recognize achievements and address improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with various teams during promotional rollouts to lead in-field and in-store training, ensuring our system is prepared for a successful promotional launch, followed by post-launch support to enhance guest experience and drive sales.
• Exhibit a genuine interest in fieldwork, partnering with our teams, and coaching towards success, committing to visit every store in your territory at least four documented times throughout the year.
• Oversee and facilitate the annual collection of P&L reports and schedule yearly performance reviews with each franchisee to identify strengths and areas for improvement in performance and profitability.
• Foster new store growth through expandable franchisees and reduce potential closures by identifying strong internal franchisees for the transfer process.
• Assist with operational testing and other company initiatives related to marketing, technology, and operational programs while providing timely feedback.
• Offer support during the opening of new franchisees and facilitate transfers for both new and existing owners.
• Collaborate with franchisees to develop Local Store Marketing (LSM) Plans aimed at enhancing overall sales and profitability.
• Exhibit a high degree of administrative proficiency to maintain organization and ensure follow-through on essential tasks.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in business or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive supervisory franchise management or District-level multi-unit operations experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L statements, inventory and cash control, customer service protocols, and QA/Food safety standards.
• Proficient knowledge of relevant business software, including MS Office Suite, and associated hardware.
• ServSafe Certification is required.
• Up to 80% travel is required, along with a valid credit card and reliable transportation.
