This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +2 more states.
• Supports a portfolio of Dunkin' franchisees in emerging and growth markets.
• Merges strategic business consulting functions with a hands-on operational support methodology.
• Collaborates closely with franchisees to enhance brand standards, operational excellence, profitability, guest satisfaction, and sustainable network growth.
• Involves deeper engagement at the restaurant level, regular in-store evaluations, and proactive coaching.
• Establish strong consultative relationships with franchisees and act as a trusted operational advisor.
• Perform comprehensive operational reviews of restaurants, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to enhance performance.
• Ensure adherence to Dunkin' brand standards, food safety protocols, training, and operational execution.
• Offer hands-on coaching and assistance to franchisees, operators, and managers to optimize daily operations.
• Analyze sales, profitability, guest metrics, labor, and operational KPIs to inform business improvement strategies.
• Lead Franchise Business Reviews and annual planning processes.
• Collaborate with franchisees to prepare for new unit openings, remodel projects, and market expansion initiatives.
• Assist emerging markets by bolstering operational readiness, enhancing franchise capabilities, and fostering growth momentum.
• Assess competitive activities, market dynamics, and development opportunities to help franchisees maximize their market share.
• Work in partnership with development, training, construction, and marketing teams to facilitate franchisee success.
• Oversee the implementation of local and regional marketing initiatives and operational rollouts.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits and ensure follow-up accountability on improvement initiatives.
• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant operations leadership experience.
• Experience managing multiple locations at the district, area, regional, or franchise support level.
• Strong grasp of restaurant financial performance, operations, food safety, and labor management.
• Proven ability to coach and influence franchisees and operators without direct authority.
• Experience in supporting new restaurant openings, remodels, or market expansion efforts.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent restaurant leadership experience will be considered.
• Willingness to travel 75-80% of the time.
