This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• This role combines both player and coach responsibilities, focusing on client interactions and supervising team members.
• Ensure team members adhere to established systems and processes.
• Act as the first line of management for the team, providing assistance with client issues including upgrades and escalations.
• Aid team members in navigating client tasks when they encounter challenges.
• Collaborate with Team Leads from other departments to enhance client alignment.
• Partner with the Director of Fractionals to refine systems and processes by sharing insights gathered during one-on-one meetings.
• Must currently hold FCOO Level 2 or 3 status and have been part of the SMB Team for a minimum of 6 months.
• Demonstrated success in managing client issues, specifically regarding upgrades and escalations.
• Must maintain good standing (no current PFE and no record of one in the last 6 months).
• Must have personally achieved at least 3 upgrades.
• Must have successfully saved at least 3 clients during escalations.
