This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop the overarching vision, strategic direction, and service delivery framework for Professional Services and Software.

• Ensure that services align with clients' business goals, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

• Convert strategy into actionable initiatives with quantifiable outcomes.

• Establish and uphold governance frameworks, decision-making authority, and escalation procedures.

• Create global delivery standards, KPIs, and performance management systems.

• Guarantee consistent service delivery and accountability across various regions.

• Identify and mentor executive sponsors for significant client engagements.

• Cultivate and sustain long-term strategic relationships with clients.

• Collect regular client feedback and champion continuous improvement initiatives.

• Manage expectations, communications, and issue resolution at the CEO level for major programs and accounts.

• Offer guidance or direct leadership during contract negotiations based on deal size and associated risks.

• Provide executive oversight for global programs, projects, and service portfolios.

• Hold P&L accountability for Global Professional Services Operations.

• Define market positioning and the roadmap for Professional Services & Software offerings.

• Provide guidance and direction to Regional Managing Directors.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field is required.

• A Master’s degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) is highly preferred.

• A minimum of 12 to 15 years of progressive leadership experience in Professional Services, Software, or regulated consulting environments.

• Demonstrated experience in leading global service organizations with P&L responsibility.

• Strong expertise in contract governance, commercial negotiations, and service delivery management.

• Experience working in regulated industries and managing complex, multi-regional programs.

• Proven track record of building high-performing leadership teams and succession plans.

• Candidates must be willing to travel frequently and support onsite engagements as necessary, including international travel.
