• Responsible for ensuring that services are provided with operational excellence and positive client impact.

• Develop and advance the strategic vision for service operations.

• Spearhead product and service innovation initiatives utilizing market feedback.

• Collaborate with executives to synchronize operations with sales, marketing, and finance.

• Represent VisionPoint in significant client interactions and industry discussions.

• Foster and maintain a high-performing team culture.

• A minimum of 10 years in progressive leadership roles.

• Over 5 years in a senior executive position within a performance marketing agency.

• Demonstrated history of achieving operational excellence at scale.

• Strong preference for candidates with extensive knowledge of higher education enrollment marketing.

• Proven success in managing service delivery and project operations.

• Exceptional communication skills with C-level executives.
