This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead cross-functional operational execution throughout the organization.
• Facilitate and enhance the effectiveness of the Management Team's operational rhythm and accountability.
• Enhance the operational maturity of the organization in areas such as governance, compliance, legal operations, operational risk management, and infrastructure for international scaling.
• Assist in integrating practical AI-driven methodologies across the organization to boost productivity, scalability, coordination, and operational efficiency.
• Cultivate robust working relationships and establish operational credibility within the Management Team.
• Create clearer delegated authority and escalation pathways for ongoing operational decisions.
• Implement practical AI-driven operational improvement pilots within select teams.
• Significantly enhance clarity in cross-functional execution, accountability, and operational coordination across the organization.
• Extensive operational leadership experience in scaling startups, nonprofit sectors, technology firms, or tech-for-good organizations.
• Background in roles such as COO, Chief of Staff, VP of Operations, or another equivalent senior operational leadership position.
• Proven track record in driving cross-functional organizational execution and achieving operational clarity.
• Experience in refining organizational systems, decision-making processes, and operational governance.
• Proficient in chairing executive meetings and ensuring accountability among senior leaders.
• Experience in operationalizing AI tools and workflows within organizations.
• Optional Plus: Experience in global health, international development, or nonprofit technology organizations.
• Optional Plus: Familiarity with international compliance, entity establishment, and operational governance in LMIC contexts.
