FP&A Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the annual budgeting process, regular forecasts, and long-term financial planning.

• Evaluate actual outcomes against plans, analyze discrepancies, and pinpoint risks and opportunities.

• Track and assess business metrics such as revenue, bookings, margin, and EBITDA.

• Create financial models and conduct scenario analyses to facilitate strategic decision-making.

• Generate management reports and executive presentations for both local and global leadership.

• Assist in monthly and quarterly business performance meetings (business reviews).

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to promote growth and profitability initiatives.

• Evaluate the financial feasibility of new projects, products, or investments.

• Participate in discussions regarding pricing strategies and margin enhancement.

• Lead and mentor the FP&A team, establish priorities, review analyses, and foster team development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Significant experience in FP&A, financial planning, or controllership.

• Prior experience in leading or coordinating teams.

• Extensive background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and modeling purposes.

• Proficient in Portuguese and English for regular communication with international teams.

• Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to present financial analyses in a clear and concise manner.

• Knowledge of recurring business metrics (MRR, churn, LTV/CAC, etc.).
