FP&A Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Development and administration of Vena reports.

• Oversee and maintain Vena to ensure data precision and timely financial report updates.

• Create and enhance Vena reports to adapt to the changing requirements of the organization.

• Diagnose and resolve any technical challenges associated with the usage of the Vena system.

• Power BI Dashboard Creation.

• Design, develop, and manage Power BI dashboards that deliver essential insights to internal stakeholders.

• Continuously enhance dashboard features to improve reporting efficiency.

• Excel Report Consolidation and Automation.

• Build and sustain intricate Excel models for financial consolidation, ensuring data accuracy.

• Automate recurring reports using advanced Excel techniques (macros, pivot tables, formulas) to optimize processes.

• PowerPoint Slide Enhancement.

• Revise and enhance PowerPoint presentations for board meetings, executive assessments, and internal reporting.

• Collaborate with the FP&A team to produce visually engaging slides that effectively convey financial insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally within an FP&A context.

• Practical experience with Vena for financial reporting and administration.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and automation) and PowerPoint.

• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard development.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all tasks.

• Prior experience in an offshore role supporting a global team.

• Familiarity with financial systems and data integration processes.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
