FP&A Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Vice President of the EU Category and the regional category leadership team to spearhead financial analyses and modeling.

• Generate financial insights and ensure accountability for the business.

• Assist in operational decision-making processes.

• Proactively assess operational results and track trends.

• Analyze product profitability, identify risks and opportunities, and suggest actionable recommendations.

• Conduct financial modeling for critical decisions, including pricing and discount adjustments, product profitability, and category investments.

• Assess the implications of strategic financial choices and present findings to leadership.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the EU category organization.

• Effectively present and communicate across all levels of the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required (in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting).

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in FP&A.

• Demonstrated proficiency in complex financial modeling.

• Strong comprehension of management P&Ls and profitability factors.

• Proven track record of delivering results in collaboration with business partners.

• Ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, globally distributed environment.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the capacity to build and sustain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are advantageous.
