This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the organization by engaging with all facets of the P&L, along with key factors influencing member acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in designated areas of the business.
• Aggregate financial data from the team.
• Compile financial data from various financial planning departments.
• Develop reports for management and senior leadership.
• Support business leaders with monthly forecasting activities.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual operating plan for the organization.
• Aid leadership with ad hoc reports and analyses.
• Be ready to discuss the company's financial performance with managers and executives.
• Provide strategic insights aimed at enhancing and automating current reporting and business intelligence initiatives.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and collaborative abilities.
• Proven capability to produce high-quality results within tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in engaging with all organizational levels, including senior management.
• High level of motivation and a strong customer-centric approach.
• Quick learner with a successful track record and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial reporting and planning systems and processes in Oracle or similar platforms.
• Excellent proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
