This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver financial planning and analysis assistance to PAQ Executive Leadership, concentrating on PAQ SG&A, Corporate Allocations, and Consolidated Reporting.
• Aid in the creation of periodic forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term planning inputs for PAQ SG&A, Corporate Allocations, and Consolidated Reporting.
• Collaborate with FP&A team members and cross-functional business partners to collect assumptions, verify inputs, and prepare forecast and budget submissions.
• Coordinate with shared services teams to facilitate close reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for functions managed within the shared services organization.
• Offer financial analysis and business insights to support decision-making regarding operating plans, cost management, and business initiatives.
• Compile monthly financial reports, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial statement support.
• Present financial results in a clear and concise manner, highlighting key business drivers, risks, opportunities, and potential implications for future outcomes.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reporting packages, presentations, and dashboards for Finance leadership and Executive Leadership review.
• Support corporate reporting requests, board preparation materials, and consolidated financial summaries as required.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models and analyses that assist business decision-making, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A peers, and business partners to verify financial results, clarify variances, and identify opportunities for cost management and profitability improvement.
• Conduct customer, product, and functional profitability analyses to support business reviews and investment decisions.
• Assist with ad hoc analysis, strategic projects, and leadership requests by providing fact-based insights and recommendations.
• Utilize systems and reporting tools to streamline recurring reporting, enhance data quality, and automate internal processes where suitable.
• Work with Operations and cross-functional teams to address reporting and consolidation challenges and enhance reporting consistency.
• Prepare consolidated sales, intercompany sales, and incentive reporting analyses, including clear explanations of variances to previous forecasts.
• Assist with acquisition integration and pro-forma reporting activities by providing financial analysis, reporting enhancements, and data consolidation.
• Undertake additional job responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.
• Bachelor’s degree with a primary focus in accounting, finance, or business.
• At least 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education, professional training, and experience that equips the individual with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the role.
• Exhibits curiosity, sound business judgment, and the capacity to translate financial information into clear, actionable business insights.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, BI dashboards, and accessing ERP systems; capable of using reporting tools to enhance analysis, visibility, and recurring reporting.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the capacity to manage recurring deliverables, competing priorities, and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to interpret financial results, identify trends, explain variances, and support fact-based recommendations.
• Comfortable navigating complex reporting requirements and large data sets while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communicator with the skill to summarize financial results, risks, opportunities, and business drivers in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building credible working relationships with Finance colleagues, business partners, shared services teams, and other internal stakeholders.
• A collaborative team member who is eager to support peers, share knowledge, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Finance processes and reporting.
