This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the formulation of periodic forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term planning contributions for PAQ SG&A, Corporate Allocations, and Consolidated Reporting.
• Collaborate with FP&A team members and cross-functional business partners to collect assumptions, verify inputs, and prepare submissions for forecasts and budgets.
• Work alongside shared services teams to facilitate close reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for functions governed within the shared services organization.
• Deliver financial analysis and business insights that aid in decision-making regarding operating plans, cost management, and business initiatives.
• Generate monthly financial reports, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and support for financial statements.
• Clearly and concisely summarize financial results, pinpointing key business drivers, risks, opportunities, and potential future implications.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reporting packages, presentations, and dashboards for review by Finance leadership and Executive Leadership.
• Help with corporate reporting requests, board preparation materials, and consolidated financial summaries as necessary.
• Develop, uphold, and enhance financial models and analyses that bolster business decision-making, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Partner with Accounting, FP&A colleagues, and business partners to validate financial outcomes, clarify variances, and pinpoint opportunities for cost management and profitability improvement.
• Conduct profitability analysis for customers, products, and functions to support business evaluations and investment decisions.
• Provide support for ad hoc analysis, strategic projects, and leadership inquiries by developing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Utilize systems and reporting tools to streamline ongoing reporting, enhance data quality, and automate internal processes as appropriate.
• Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams to address reporting and consolidation challenges and enhance reporting consistency.
• Prepare analyses of consolidated sales, intercompany sales, and incentive reporting, including comprehensive explanations of variances from prior forecasts.
• Assist with financial analysis, reporting enhancements, and data consolidation to support acquisition integration and pro-forma reporting activities.
• Perform additional job duties as assigned by the line manager.
• Bachelor’s degree with a focus on accounting, finance, or business.
• At least 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education, professional training, and experience providing the individual with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job.
• Displays curiosity, sound business judgment, and the capability to translate financial data into clear, actionable business insights.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, BI dashboards, and accessing ERP systems; able to leverage reporting tools to enhance analysis, visibility, and recurring reporting.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities, capable of managing regular deliverables, competing priorities, and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with a proven record of interpreting financial results, identifying trends, clarifying variances, and supporting fact-based recommendations.
• Comfortable navigating complex reporting requirements and large data sets while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communicator adept at summarizing financial results, risks, opportunities, and business drivers clearly and concisely.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of establishing credible working relationships with Finance colleagues, business partners, shared services teams, and other internal stakeholders.
• A collaborative team player eager to support peers, share knowledge, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of Finance processes and reporting.
