This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership of the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes.
• Construct and sustain integrated financial models encompassing P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Create rolling forecasts and conduct scenario analyses.
• Assist in the annual budgeting process across all departments.
• Evaluate forecasted performance against actual results and identify key business drivers.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive company-wide KPI dashboards.
• Monitor and assess: Revenue performance, Gross margin, Contribution margin, Inventory metrics, CAC, MER, Cash conversion cycle, OPEX.
• Provide actionable insights to department leaders and executive management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, E-Commerce, Retail/Wholesale, and Customer Experience teams.
• Assess business initiatives, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and operational investments.
• Support inventory planning, demand forecasting, and management of working capital.
• Analyze SKU profitability, channel profitability, and customer economics.
• Maintain a rolling cash flow forecast.
• Oversee liquidity, payables, receivables, inventory, and operational cash drivers.
• Identify opportunities to enhance working capital efficiency.
• Assist in debt reporting and covenant tracking, if applicable.
• Support ERP implementation, reporting automation, and optimization of finance systems.
• Enhance reporting accuracy, scalability, and process efficiency.
• Contribute to establishing standardized financial reporting structures and governance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance.
• Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experienced in building integrated 3-statement models.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, cash flow, budgeting, variance analysis, and business KPIs.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
