This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives for the Marketing department.
• Act as the main financial advisor to the Marketing leadership team.
• Handle the complete Marketing budget processes, including support for monthly closures and variance analysis.
• Create materials for Board of Directors meetings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Design and maintain financial models to assess the effectiveness of Marketing expenditures.
• Work in conjunction with Marketing Operations to develop integrated models that link activities to revenue.
• Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations and Accounting teams.
• Utilize AI tools to minimize manual reconciliation tasks and automate workflows.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance.
• Extensive background in a business partnering capacity.
• Exceptional analytical and financial capabilities; skilled in forecasting, financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Experience in employing AI tools for the automation of FP&A processes.
• Familiarity with FP&A tools (e.g., Adaptive, NetSuite) and marketing planning tools such as Allocadia or Uptempo is advantageous.
