This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and drive the continuous enhancement of the company's finance and performance reporting through automation, sophisticated data models, and high-quality analytics.

• Develop, construct, and manage automated reporting systems that integrate data from essential platforms such as Sage Intacct (finance), HubSpot (sales/CRM), Asana, and the Snowflake data warehouse.

• Lead the design, development, and ongoing improvement of Power BI dashboards focused on finance and commercial metrics, ensuring that all metrics are well-defined and consistently calculated.

• Manage large, intricate Excel-based long-term financial models utilized for budgeting and forecasting, investor reporting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis.

• Assist with ad-hoc scenario analysis and sensitivity testing as requested by Finance leadership and investors.

• Collaborate closely with senior finance stakeholders to ensure that modeling outputs are robust and defensible.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in creating Power BI dashboards within a business or financial context.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, which includes:

• - Developing large, complex financial models

• - Conducting scenario and sensitivity analysis

• - Tracing and validating logical structures

• Strong understanding of fundamental financial concepts such as:

• - Profit and Loss, cash flow, and margins

• - Timing and revenue recognition

• - Key commercial drivers

• Experience working with data from finance and CRM systems.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment backed by private equity.

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualifications are preferred.
