FP&A Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee long-term strategic planning, annual budget development, and monthly forecasting activities.

• Sustain and enhance Workday Adaptive Planning (formerly known as Adaptive Insights) and its associated models.

• Serve as a Finance Business Partner to management and cost center leaders by delivering consolidated data presentations with actionable insights and assisting in the formulation of strategies that improve financial performance.

• Conduct thorough reviews and evaluations of monthly actual and projected financials to support operational and strategic initiatives, while tracking performance against plans and historical results.

• Collaborate with business, operations, and controllership teams as necessary to gather insights on performance metrics.

• Spearhead initiatives aimed at refining financial processes and systems to enhance overall efficiency and precision.

• Recognize opportunities for efficiency enhancements, including automation and coordination with both upstream and downstream departments.

• Authorize payment requests, ensuring that amounts are budgeted and comply with approved limits.

• Make informed decisions regarding time management independently. Prioritize tasks, resolve issues, meet deadlines, and solicit feedback from your manager. Distinguish between urgent and non-urgent matters and take appropriate actions to address them.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is preferred.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Strong analytical capabilities with the skill to interpret and present complicated data effectively.

• Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and FP&A tools and software, with Workday Adaptive Planning being an asset.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with a proven track record of collaborative work across teams.

• High attention to detail and accuracy is essential.

• Capability to independently troubleshoot issues and problem-solve efficiently while managing multiple priorities.

• Ability to balance meticulousness with a sense of urgency for critically important tasks.
