FP&A Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee long-term strategic planning, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting activities.

• Enhance and maintain the Workday Adaptive Planning (formerly Adaptive Insights) and its associated models.

• Serve as a Finance Business Partner to management and cost center leaders by delivering consolidated data presentations with actionable insights and aiding in the development of strategies that enhance financial performance.

• Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of monthly actual and projected financial performance to support operational and strategic goals, tracking results against plan and prior performance.

• Collaborate with business units, operations, and controllership as needed to gather insights related to performance.

• Spearhead initiatives aimed at improving financial processes and systems to boost overall efficiency and accuracy.

• Identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency, including automation and coordination with both upstream and downstream departments.

• Authorize payment requests, ensuring that amounts are appropriately budgeted and within approved limits.

• Exercise independent judgment in managing time effectively. Prioritize tasks, resolve issues, meet deadlines, and seek feedback from your manager. Differentiate between urgent and non-urgent matters and address them appropriately.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is preferred.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.

• Strong analytical abilities to interpret and present complex data effectively.

• Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and FP&A tools and software, with experience in Workday Adaptive Planning being advantageous.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across teams.

• High degree of attention to detail and accuracy.

• Capability to independently resolve issues and successfully problem-solve while managing multiple priorities.

• Ability to maintain a balance between attention to detail and urgency in handling critically important tasks.
