FP&A Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the yearly portfolio budgeting process and quarterly updates utilizing MRI’s Budgeting and Forecasting module.

• Contribute to all elements of the monthly valuation process by developing and maintaining the company’s Argus valuation models.

• Conduct and manage scenario analyses at the lease, asset, and portfolio levels.

• Lead financial variance analysis for the current portfolio.

• Abstract leases and CC&Rs to apply in valuation and budget modeling.

• Extract key economic terms from loan agreements.

• Generate and support both regular and ad hoc financial performance reports and disclosures for investors and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a concentration in business or finance is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience as a commercial (retail, industrial, office) real estate analyst/senior analyst is required.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are necessary.

• Intermediate proficiency in Argus Enterprise is required (advanced skills are preferred).

• Experience with MRI is desirable.

• Intermediate competency in SQL query writing is preferred.
