This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of yearly budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term planning across various business units.
• Evaluate monthly actuals compared to budget and forecast, pinpoint significant variances, and provide insightful, decision-ready commentary to senior stakeholders.
• Oversee and manage OneStream, coordinating data inputs across multiple business units and generating reports utilized in monthly financial reporting and planning activities.
• Create and sustain financial models and dashboards that offer real-time, actionable insights regarding business performance.
• Guarantee accuracy across all reporting and analytics initiatives, implementing a thorough check-and-balance process for each deliverable before it is presented to leadership.
• Compile regular and ad hoc financial reports and presentations for executive leadership and private equity sponsors, along with quarterly financial reports for lenders.
• Advocate for the integration of AI tools and Microsoft Copilot to enhance financial workflows, automate reporting tasks, and establish best-in-class operational practices within the team.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a comparable analytical role.
• Proven ability to manage data inputs, construct reports, and facilitate cross-functional planning processes within a Corporate Performance Management (CPM); experience with OneStream is preferred.
• Experience in a late-stage, private equity-backed company environment; familiarity with supporting scaled operations and reporting to institutional investors is a significant advantage.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is mandatory; CPA, CMA, or MBA credentials are advantageous.
• Proficient in Excel and financial modeling; experience with Sage or Power BI is beneficial.
• Proven track record of implementing or aiding technology-driven process enhancements, including AI-based workflow automation.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a reliable, repeatable check-and-balance process for financial outputs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capability to work across functions and present financial insights with clarity and confidence.
