This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assist in the development of the annual budget and monthly financial forecasts, including revenue, costs, expenses, and CAPEX.
• Engage in the monthly closing activities, conducting validations and consolidating financial results reports.
• Examine and manage operating costs and expenses.
• Create management reports, including P&L statements and business cases, as well as dashboards featuring KPIs.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure that targeted outcomes are met.
• Conduct analyses to facilitate informed decision-making.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Financial Planning (FP&A) processes.
• Excellent analytical skills along with strategic/business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
• Capability to distill information and prepare materials for an executive audience.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to achieving results.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, etc.).
• Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and SQL.
