FP&A Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic partner for business unit stakeholders including Sales, Product, Marketing, and R&D.

• Oversee and track departmental expenses.

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses on product margins, price adjustments, and more.

• Formulate business models that align with both current and anticipated business requirements.

• Prepare and sustain monthly rolling forecasts.

• Evaluate and monitor key performance indicators.

• Support the development of the 3-Year Plan and assist in the annual budgeting process.

• Provide assistance with M&A activities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Big 4 or top consulting firms.

• Proficient in advanced MS Excel skills.

• Experience in analyzing large datasets.

• Capability to proactively identify and resolve issues.

• Preferred: Experience in M&A and Financial Modeling.

• Familiarity with the SaaS industry is a plus.

• Knowledge of Oracle PBCS is advantageous.
