Founding Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Executives to assess customer needs and technical specifications

• Facilitate technical discovery sessions and workshops for solution scoping

• Convert business goals into scalable AI and automation architectures

• Create solution proposals, technical documentation, and implementation roadmaps

• Design tailored solution architectures utilizing the Acclaim.ai platform

• Provide customized product demonstrations, proofs of concept (POCs), and pilot initiatives

• Develop integrations with client systems (CRM, ERP, APIs, databases, etc.)

• Work alongside Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and identify feature gaps

• Assist in the onboarding and deployment process for enterprise clients

• Ensure technical success during initial implementations and scaling phases

• Diagnose integration and performance challenges

• Record best practices and reusable solution templates

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting

• In-depth knowledge of APIs, system integrations, cloud environments, and data architecture

• Extensive experience with AI/ML, automation platforms, or SaaS products

• Capability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI implementation, automation workflows, or enterprise SaaS solutions

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Background in process optimization or digital transformation efforts

• Experience in startups or fast-paced environments
