This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage the entire sales process: from prospecting and discovery to demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Develop and sustain a targeted account strategy based on segments and customer profiles.
• Effectively present and sell BluSynq, clearly outlining the return on investment, efficiency improvements, and revenue effects of AI-powered call handling and booking automation.
• Ensure a smooth transition for new clients to onboarding and Customer Success for activation and early value realization.
• Spearhead outbound strategies and execution through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and participation in industry events.
• Create and refine talk tracks, competitive positioning, objection management, and demo frameworks.
• Set pipeline creation objectives and inspection routines that convert activities into reliable outcomes.
• Develop standardized playbooks encompassing segments, sequences, cadences, and qualification criteria.
• Share organized customer insights and market intelligence with Product and leadership to guide roadmap, pricing, and packaging decisions.
• Keep precise records of pipeline, activity tracking, and forecasting in CRM (HubSpot).
• Regularly achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly KPIs related to outreach, demos, pipeline, and revenue.
• Collaborate with Partnerships and Marketing to utilize partner channels and campaigns for pipeline development.
• 3 to 5+ years of demonstrated success in B2B SaaS new business sales, with a solid history of closing deals.
• Possess a strong hunter mentality: comfortable with outbound prospecting and developing your own pipeline, without reliance on inbound leads.
• Experienced in managing the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution.
• Confident in conducting discovery calls and solution-oriented sales discussions that link product capabilities to business results.
• Proven experience in building or significantly enhancing a sales motion: including processes, messaging, cadence, and forecasting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in selling within the marine management, storage systems, dealership platforms, or related industries is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with selling AI, automation, or voice/conversational technology products.
• Background in vertical market software or operationally complex environments where the buyer is an operator rather than a tech team.
• Experience in startup or early-stage SaaS environments where you contributed to building the sales motion, not just executing it.
