Founding Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Collaborate on the product roadmap;

• Lead the strategy and launch of a mobile application in tier-one markets;

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to validate product decisions;

• Identify and track key product metrics — retention, activation, engagement, conversion;

• Work with design teams to create an intuitive, gamified user experience;

• Utilize AI tools daily to enhance research, prototyping, and execution;

• Dive into personality psychology and psychotypes to better digitalize human experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in product management, at a Senior level;

• Proven experience in managing a mobile application (iOS/Android) in tier-one markets;

• Data-first approach — strong data analysis skills to build appropriate user flows;

• Experience with analytical tools: Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Firebase;

• High level of AI fluency — using AI tools for writing, researching, prototyping, and building, rather than just chatting;

• Proven track record of measurable results in previous roles.
