This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• We are seeking a Founding GTM Engineer to conceptualize, develop, manage, and expand a cutting-edge, AI-driven revenue engine.
• This position carries significant responsibility and agency, directly reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
• This is a unique opportunity for a true innovator in a greenfield role.
• You will take full ownership of our outbound revenue engine, creating intelligent workflows that automate account prioritization and assignments, prospect research, campaign automation, and ensure data integrity.
• You will design the data, systems, and processes that allow us to identify whom to target, when to engage, and the most effective methods to do so.
• Your work will focus on building automations that reduce manual tasks, enhance every customer interaction, and enable our Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to experience a significant increase in productivity.
• We expect you to think strategically, deliver quickly, experiment with data, and create efficiencies that lead to a notable increase in pipeline generation.
• GTM Expert. You are passionate about Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and possess deep knowledge of the data, tools, workflows, and terminology associated with a modern GTM function. You have a well-informed perspective on essential aspects of GTM structure, such as territory design, coverage models, and AE/SDR rules of engagement.
• Builder. You have constructed systems that integrate data and automations into intelligent workflows. The emphasis here is on having built these systems from the ground up, rather than merely inheriting, tweaking, or optimizing pre-existing frameworks.
• AI and Automation Fluency. You have experience building Large Language Models (LLMs) in production settings and are proficient in creating no-code or low-code automations.
• Professionally curious. You have a continual desire to learn, keeping abreast of the latest developments, refining your skills, asking insightful questions, and engaging with peers.
• Data-driven. You utilize data to inform decision-making. You work in iterative cycles, rapidly shipping, learning, and refining your approach.
• Clear communicator. You possess critical thinking skills and can articulate your thoughts clearly and logically in both written and verbal formats.
