This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate enduring relationships with community organizations and institutional partners.
• Manage the complete partnership lifecycle: from identifying prospects and initial outreach to finalizing agreements, initiating partnerships, and maintaining ongoing relationships.
• Develop and sustain a well-organized referral pipeline, monitoring conversion rates and referral volumes.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO to strategize and implement Third Space's growth initiatives, both inbound and outbound.
• Create, launch, and refine marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and various digital platforms.
• Oversee comprehensive campaign analytics: establish tracking, evaluate performance, eliminate ineffective strategies, and amplify successful ones.
• Manage Third Space's presence on relevant social media platforms.
• Produce content using design tools such as Figma and other AI-driven software.
• Suggest and conduct growth experiments across different channels; act quickly, learn rapidly.
• 2–6 years of relevant experience in sales, growth, marketing, partnerships, or a similar role.
• A proven interest in health, mental health, community health, or purpose-driven initiatives is highly desirable.
• Competence in social media management, basic analytics, and the fundamentals of digital marketing.
• A genuine enthusiasm for AI tools.
• Capability to independently create marketing assets using tools such as Figma or Paper.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM or outreach platforms (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Salesforce, etc.) is advantageous.
