This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Act as a reliable partner, assisting customers in the onboarding, implementation, and sustained use of Tavily’s AI search platform.
• Oversee onboarding initiatives by facilitating smooth integration, setting up connectivity, and ensuring value realization across customer projects.
• Create and provide scalable onboarding resources: tutorials, “cookbooks,” best-practice guides, and reference implementations.
• Actively monitor customer health, usage metrics, and adoption indicators to detect churn risks and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, GTM Engineering, and Product to guarantee seamless customer experiences.
• Represent the voice of the customer, consolidating feedback to shape Tavily’s product roadmap and enhance developer experiences.
• Contribute to the evolution of the post-sale experience at Tavily.
• 5+ years in technical, customer-oriented positions such as Customer Success, Customer Success Architect, Implementation Consultant, or Renewals Account Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of engaging with technical users of developer tools or contemporary AI/LLM-based platforms. Comfort in navigating intricate technical discussions with both developers and business stakeholders is essential.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; skilled in building relationships with both technical and executive audiences.
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience in managing renewal cycles, forecasting, upselling/cross-selling, and utilizing CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for pipeline and customer tracking.
• Deep empathy for customer outcomes and a commitment to helping users derive maximum value from our technology.
