This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take full ownership of both sales and marketing initiatives for the organization.
• Manage the sales process from the initial conversation through to the final contract signing.
• Develop and implement an internal marketing strategy.
• Conduct introductory and exploratory calls with incoming prospects.
• Lead strategy sessions and pitch presentations while overseeing the entire pipeline from initial contact to closure.
• Address objections, follow up, create proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Develop and sustain a sales playbook, objection library, and follow-up strategies.
• Manage and execute internal Meta advertising campaigns.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes content creation, brand positioning, and demand generation.
• Enhance the company's brand presence to attract larger clientele.
• Create or oversee the production of marketing materials such as advertisements, landing pages, case studies, and social media content.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B closing (not limited to appointment setting or lead qualification).
• Proven history of achieving total compensation of $125,000 or more in a previous role, with a significant portion derived from commissions or performance-based incentives.
• Experience in selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks to SMB or mid-market clients.
• Practical experience running paid media campaigns (preferably Meta) or a solid understanding of direct response and digital marketing.
• Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting.
• Capable of functioning independently across both sales and marketing roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Residing in the United States and available during standard business hours.
• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
• Base salary of $85,000 with additional performance-based commission (total earnings expected to be around $150,000).
