This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Create data pipelines that retrieve, store, and organize performance, sales, and engagement data across numerous client accounts and platforms.
• Develop the LLM analysis layer utilizing Gemini for video analysis and Claude for generation, ensuring structured output and cost controls.
• Implement semantic search and discovery features with pgvector.
• Link organic references, top-performing advertisements, content tags, and creator history into a queryable creative intelligence system.
• Establish creator-performance matching for informed casting decisions.
• Manage full-stack features including dashboards, tag browsers, enrichment queues, and export tools using Django, HTMX, and Tailwind.
• Integrate external APIs such as TikTok, Meta, Motion, and Cruva.
• Oversee internal asynchronous pipelines using Celery and Redis.
• Deliver features from start to finish within a small, autonomous, low-process team.
• Over 5 years of experience developing production-level, data-intensive applications using Python/Django and PostgreSQL.
• Proficient in SQL, including aggregations, joins, and window functions.
• Capability to design schemas and data models based on use cases.
• Experience in designing and troubleshooting asynchronous data pipelines using Celery + Redis or similar technologies.
• Practical experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, structured output, and cost management.
• Familiarity with agentic coding tools like Claude Code and Cowork.
• Knowledge of integrating third-party APIs with rate limits, authentication flows, and varying data quality.
• Comfortable handling frontend tasks with Django templates, HTMX, and Tailwind.
• Strong communication skills in writing and a high sense of ownership within a small asynchronous team.
• Advanced to fluent proficiency in English.
• Located in Brazil and available to work in US time zones.
• Preferred: experience with agent harnesses, RAG, or LLM evaluation pipelines.
• Preferred: understanding of ML fundamentals.
• Preferred: experience with video or audio processing pipelines.
• Preferred: background in ad tech, creator economy, performance marketing, or marketplace environments.
• Preferred: experience collaborating with a US-based team.
