• Develop a comprehensive strategy aimed at empowering developers, researchers, and enterprises seeking greater control over their AI.
• Build and nurture Adaption's developer community platforms (such as Discord server and forums) from inception, addressing inquiries, gathering feedback, and transforming it into actionable items for the team.
• Organize and facilitate meetups, hackathons, office hours, and live streams to introduce Adaption to new developer audiences.
• Collaborate with developer groups, universities, accelerators, and open-source communities to co-host and enhance high-quality events.
• Highlight user projects and design partners through case studies, write-ups, and guest presentations.
• Create automations and systems to scale community operations - refining processes each time a task is repeated.
• Work in close partnership with technical and marketing teams on cross-functional projects and feedback cycles.
• Maintain ongoing connections with community members, keeping an updated mental map of individuals doing interesting work, potential introductions, and ongoing projects.
• 2–3 years of experience in a community-centric role, with a proven ability to engage technical users.
• Strong operational instincts - adept at building scalable processes from the ground up and driving cross-functional initiatives to successful completion.
• Excellent written communication skills and experience engaging with communities via social platforms (Discord, X).
• Demonstrated experience in organizing developer events from inception to execution, including both small meetups and large-scale hackathons.
• Genuine empathy for developers and curiosity about their projects - a passion for individuals and a desire to influence who shapes AI. Energized by social interactions, you take the initiative to connect and follow up.
