Founding AI Deployment Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• You will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts (€20K+ ARR), with a focus on Net Revenue Retention, rather than just the number of tickets closed, NPS, or "relationship health."

• In your initial 90 days, you will:

• - Take over 3 to 5 of Pierre's key accounts and manage them end-to-end, including discussions on AI transformation with their CIO/AI lead.

• - Document our 30/60/90 onboarding framework and our Mutual Success Plan template, converting Pierre's insights into a written playbook for future hires.

• - Develop a customer health scoring model to proactively identify potential churns.

• - Conduct your first scripted Executive Business Review with one of our enterprise clients.

• - Collaborate with Product to design the agent-facing capabilities requested by our largest customers.

• Following this, you will:

• - Manage the expansion forecast and the quarterly QBR schedule.

• - Lead discussions on AI transformation, addressing everything from "how do we encourage our reps to adopt this" to "how do we integrate Claap conversation data into the agents we're developing in Claude, Mistral, Dust, or our own stack."

• - Facilitate weekly working sessions with strategic accounts, focusing on live configuration, methodology coaching, agentic workflow architecture, and expansion discussions.

• - Serve as the liaison between customer AI/data teams and our Product team, with your insights directly influencing the roadmap and our MCP surface.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in B2B SaaS post-sales roles (KAM, Strategic CSM, Senior AE, or SE), with at least 3 years of experience managing revenue or retention metrics.

• Practical experience with at least one agentic AI platform, along with examples of your contributions.

• Proficiency in both English and French (this is a strict requirement, as most of our enterprise accounts are French-speaking).

• Residing in France (face-to-face meetings and workshops may be beneficial).

• Ability to thrive in a remote-first setting (with a mix of in-office and remote personnel).
