
Founder, Brand & Social Media Manager – Crypto

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.
• Oversee and enhance the founder’s visibility on X, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms.
• Capture short-form videos, photographs, and notes during events, meetings, and travel.
• Transform live discussions, panels, and market insights into timely social media content.
• Assist in defining and upholding content pillars that resonate with the founder’s perspective.
• Compose posts, threads, and talking points in the voice of the founder.
• Actively accompany the founder at conferences, meetups, and industry events.
• Provide support for company social media channels where applicable.
• Manage basic content scheduling and publication.
• Monitor performance metrics to identify successful content and areas for improvement, making adjustments promptly.
• Stay engaged with discussions on crypto X, LinkedIn, and market trends.
• Contribute beyond the core responsibilities based on your strengths and interests.
• Deeply familiar with crypto culture and terminology (CeFi, stablecoins, market structure, trading, infra - retail or B2B is acceptable).
• Experience in supporting an executive, founder, or public figure.
• Highly proficient in social media, particularly on X and LinkedIn.
• Capable of capturing quick, high-quality video using a smartphone (events, walk-and-talks, short clips).
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and workflows.
• Excellent written English, with the ability to adjust tone and voice as needed.
• Inquisitive about markets, opinions, and their significance.
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, etc.) are considered a plus.
• Familiarity with market making, trading, or institutional crypto is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments.
