Founder Associate, Next-Gen Precision Manufacturing Venture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In the role of Founder Associate, you will collaborate closely with the founders across all essential areas: acquisitions, operations, strategy, and scaling.

• One week may involve evaluating a potential acquisition and organizing meetings with entrepreneurial families.

• The following week, you might focus on developing a financial model or structuring the deal process.

• Subsequently, you will partner with production managers to address issues related to automation, efficiency, and operational control directly on-site at the plant.

• You will consistently navigate between strategic planning and execution.

• A strong interest in industry, manufacturing, and technological transformation.

• A solid understanding of production processes, automation, or industrial value chains.

• A high degree of personal ownership and a proactive attitude.

• The capability to alternate between operational details and strategic thinking.

• Exceptional analytical abilities.

• Proficiency in German and a strong command of English.

• Readiness to travel 2–3 days per week within Germany.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment that values personal accountability and analytical excellence.
