Forward Deployed Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborating directly with laboratories to comprehend their challenges and devise targeted solutions.

• Configure and deliver customized product demonstrations to showcase platform features for prospective clients.

• Provide customers with best practices for LLM evaluation and offer strategic AI insights.

• Develop code, create specialized evaluation datasets, build custom web applications, and generate technical documentation to educate customers on platform utilization.

• Write technical blog posts and promote the product and organization through social media and industry events.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including delivery, product, engineering, and ML to influence the product roadmap and meet key business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related analytical field.

• Strong technical background, preferably in machine learning or data analytics.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Typescript, or functional programming languages.

• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS.

• Must possess the legal right to travel to the United States.

• Exhibit strong ethics, integrity, and regard for colleagues.
