This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and conduct assessments to examine model generalization and performance within deployment limitations

• Create data pipelines, optimize fine-tuning processes, or implement strategies to enhance model outputs

• Collaborate with internal teams and external AI research organizations to implement tailored frontier model applications

• Investigate and mitigate failure modes related to long-context reasoning, tool utilization, or real-time feedback mechanisms
