• Collect and Clarify Requirements
• Collaborate closely with clients to grasp business needs and challenges
• Convert those needs into distinct, prioritized requirements for engineering teams
• Manage the Client Relationship
• Serve as the primary contact for client-facing discussions throughout onboarding, scoping, and delivery phases
• Proactively oversee expectations, timelines, and feedback mechanisms.
• Assist Internal Teams
• Offer context and clarity to engineers to facilitate smooth delivery. Ensure alignment between the requested features, what is being developed, and what is being delivered.
• Establish Repeatable Patterns
• Recognize recurring client needs and aid in formalizing templates, documentation, or processes to enhance future deployments.
• Contribute to improving internal handoff processes, requirement intake, and communication strategies.
• Influence the Product Roadmap
• Synthesize recurring customer insights into strategic themes, prioritize high-impact features, and propose a data-driven roadmap that furthers Tailor’s vision.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience within a Software Company
• Relevant experience in a SaaS, ERP, or composable software environment is preferred, particularly with knowledge of modular solutions, low-code platforms, or customer-centric software deployments.
• At least 5 years in product management, solutions, customer success, or consulting roles with significant client interaction
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in managing customer relationships, translating business needs into actionable product requirements, and facilitating customer-driven product modifications.
• Outstanding communication skills — capable of simplifying complex concepts into actionable insights.
• Organized and structured thinker who can eliminate ambiguity
• Technically proficient enough to collaborate with engineers and ask pertinent questions
• Located in or willing to frequently travel to Los Angeles. Approximately 20% travel required.
