This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of AI agent outcomes for strategic accounts, overseeing aspects like automation rates, resolution rates, and time-to-value.

• Implement agents, pinpoint obstacles to progress, and create platform solutions so future accounts can benefit.

• Collaborate directly with enterprise CX leaders to formulate and execute AI transformation roadmaps.

• Transform insights gained from deployments into platform capabilities, ensuring that experiences in the field inform future developments.

• Enhance and develop agent functionalities that operate seamlessly across various platforms such as support, shopping, reviews, voice, and social media.

• Create evaluation frameworks, including QA suites, automated testing, and performance monitoring systems.

• Manage complete launch cycles from internal testing to general availability, inclusive of customer enablement.

• Present your own products and collaborate in sales efforts, becoming a recognized figure within our customer communities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, solutions engineering, forward deployment, or technical account ownership.

• An AI-native mindset; you engage with tools like Claude, Cursor, and create your own workflows proactively.

• Proficient in scoping webhooks, OAuth flows, and intricate integrations without needing an engineer for clarification.

• Familiar with the challenges customers face; you understand exceptional customer experience from a firsthand perspective.

• Capable of diagnosing whether a deployment issue is technical, operational, or stakeholder-related, and able to prioritize effectively.

• Comfortable providing advice to CX leaders on organizational design, process optimization, and transformation strategies.

• Experienced in shipping features, writing documentation, conducting demos, and measuring key metrics.

• Remote work is available, with a preference for candidates in Canada or Latin America.
