Forward Deployed Process Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform assessments of the current state, which includes reviewing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and mapping processes to aid in use case development.

• Offer both operational and technical support throughout the implementation, go-live, and stabilization stages.

• Create communication strategies for stakeholders and facilitate discussions with clients.

• Design or assist in the creation of training and change management initiatives to foster user adoption.

• Establish and uphold key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for assigned projects, while also supporting ongoing performance monitoring.

• Recognize risks, dependencies, and operational deficiencies; propose strategies for mitigation.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in consulting, healthcare operations, enterprise software, or implementation support.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and skills in solution design.

• Capability to convert operational requirements into actionable delivery plans.

• Experience in stakeholder engagement and collaborating across functions.

• Proficiency in working with data, metrics, and AI-driven tools.
