Forward Deployed Engineer – Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Integrate directly into customer frontend codebases to promote smooth platform adoption and thorough technical integration.

• Configure and tailor platform architecture to suit specific customer environments and specialized technical needs.

• Detect and resolve technical obstacles impacting execution, testing, and validation processes to guarantee uninterrupted operations.

• Assess AI agent outputs—including test results, type validations, and code behavior—to uphold high standards of quality and accuracy.

• Enhance and direct AI agent behavior through advanced prompting and ongoing feedback loops to continually boost reliability.

• Supervise initial deployments to ensure stable performance and successful "first-run" experiences within a variety of customer environments.

• Highlight recurring patterns, edge cases, and technical insights to internal product teams to foster the evolution and enhancement of the core platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exhibit strong proficiency with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular.

• Quickly navigate and master unfamiliar codebases, pinpointing key patterns and integration points with minimal difficulty.

• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges across various environments, including build systems, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Utilize a thorough understanding of frontend development workflows and contemporary tools to ensure seamless platform integration.

• Draw on experience with LLMs and AI-assisted development, particularly in relation to prompting strategies and agent behavior management.

• Tackle intricate problems independently while maintaining high productivity in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

• Effectively communicate with technical stakeholders to connect platform capabilities with customer requirements.
