Forward Deployed Engineer – Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Integrate directly into customer frontend codebases to enable smooth platform adoption and comprehensive technical integration.

• Set up and tailor platform architecture to fit distinct customer-specific environments and specialized technical demands.

• Detect and address technical bottlenecks that impact execution, testing, and validation workflows to guarantee uninterrupted operations.

• Assess AI agent outputs—including test results, type checks, and generated code behavior—to uphold high standards of quality and accuracy.

• Enhance and direct AI agent behavior through advanced prompting and ongoing feedback loops to consistently boost reliability.

• Supervise initial deployments to ensure stable execution and successful "first-run" experiences across various customer environments.

• Highlight recurring patterns, edge cases, and technical insights to internal product teams to foster the evolution and enhancement of the core platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exhibit deep expertise with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular.

• Quickly navigate and master unfamiliar codebases, identifying key patterns and integration points with minimal friction.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across various environments, including build systems, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Utilize a comprehensive understanding of frontend development workflows and modern tooling to ensure seamless platform integration.

• Draw upon experience with LLMs and AI-assisted development, particularly in relation to prompting strategies and agent behavior management.

• Independently solve complex problems and maintain high productivity in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.

• Effectively communicate with technical stakeholders to connect platform capabilities with customer requirements.
