Forward Deployed Engineer – Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Integrate directly into customer frontend codebases to support smooth platform adoption and enhance technical integration.

• Configure and tailor the platform architecture to meet the distinct needs of customer-specific environments and specialized technical criteria.

• Identify and address technical obstacles impacting execution, testing, and validation processes to guarantee uninterrupted operations.

• Assess AI agent outputs—including test results, type checks, and generated code behavior—to uphold high standards of quality and accuracy.

• Enhance and steer AI agent behavior through advanced prompting and ongoing feedback mechanisms to perpetually boost reliability.

• Supervise initial deployments to ensure stable execution and successful "first-run" experiences across varied customer settings.

• Highlight recurring patterns, edge cases, and technical insights to internal product teams to propel the development and enhancement of the core platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exhibit strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular.

• Quickly navigate and master unfamiliar codebases, pinpointing key patterns and integration points with minimal hassle.

• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges across various environments, including build systems, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Employ a thorough understanding of frontend development workflows and contemporary tools to ensure smooth platform integration.

• Utilize experience with LLMs and AI-assisted development, particularly in prompting strategies and managing agent behavior.

• Tackle complex problems independently while maintaining a high level of productivity in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

• Communicate effectively with technical stakeholders to connect platform capabilities with customer requirements.
