Forward Deployed Engineer – Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gain insights into current workflows, challenges, and operational issues.

• Assess existing systems, processes, and integrations to uncover opportunities for automation and enhancement.

• Create and execute AI-driven solutions that enhance talent operations and facilitate decision-making.

• Develop integrations between internal systems and external platforms utilizing APIs and workflow automation tools.

• Establish technical architectures, minimum viable products (MVPs), and implementation plans for new projects.

• Build internal tools and operational platforms that optimize talent management processes.

• Prototype and implement solutions incorporating large language models (LLMs), agents, recommendation systems, and workflow automation when suitable.

• Manage projects from the discovery phase and requirements gathering through to delivery and iterations.

• Offer technical insights and advice on emerging AI technologies and automation possibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering.

• Proficient in Python development.

• Experience in integrating third-party systems through APIs.

• Background in creating AI-enabled applications utilizing LLMs.

• Proven ability to leverage AI/LLM technologies to address business challenges and enhance operational workflows.

• Experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders to translate their needs into technical solutions.

• Competence in designing and developing internal tools, workflow automation, or operational platforms.

• Strong communication and consulting abilities.

• Capability to function effectively in highly ambiguous settings.

• Proficient in SQL and data modeling.
