Forward Deployed Engineer – Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Integrate directly into customer frontend codebases to enable smooth platform adoption and comprehensive technical integration.

• Configure and tailor platform architecture to meet distinct customer-specific environments and specialized technical requirements.

• Detect and address technical bottlenecks that hinder execution, testing, and validation workflows to guarantee uninterrupted operations.

• Assess AI agent outputs—including test results, type checks, and generated code behavior—to uphold high standards of quality and precision.

• Enhance and direct AI agent behavior through advanced prompting and continuous feedback loops to reliably improve performance.

• Manage initial deployments to ensure stable operation and successful "first-run" experiences across various customer environments.

• Highlight recurring patterns, edge cases, and technical insights to internal product teams to foster the advancement and enhancement of the core platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exhibit deep expertise with contemporary frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular.

• Quickly navigate and master unfamiliar codebases, pinpointing key patterns and integration points with minimal friction.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across various environments, including build systems, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Utilize a thorough understanding of frontend development workflows and modern tools to ensure seamless platform integration.

• Draw upon experience with LLMs and AI-assisted development, particularly in prompting strategies and agent behavior management.

• Tackle intricate problems independently while maintaining high productivity in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

• Communicate effectively with technical stakeholders to bridge the gap between platform capabilities and customer requirements.
