This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Take charge of the complete technical onboarding process for new Travel Pay clients, which includes corporate registration, setting up Real Card Numbers (RCN), and configuring aliases.
• Oversee Custom Data Fields (up to 29 per template), manage MCC-based restrictions, purchase groups, and approval processes.
• Prepare and submit documentation for Mastercard registration, collaborate with Mastercard Implementation Managers, and handle boarding forms for VCN operations.
• Act as the primary operational contact for inquiries regarding product capabilities, offering structured and well-reasoned responses while supporting pre-sales configuration proposals.
• Address operational incidents related to rejected VCNs, discrepancies between booking and transaction records, and enriched data configurations (Smart Data / CDF3).
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and runbooks in Google Drive or similar platforms to transition from ad-hoc tasks to a more structured and scalable operational flow.
• Proficient in both English and Spanish.
• Between 2 to 4 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical implementation, or technical account management in fintech, payments, or travel technology.
• Proven experience in managing structured B2B onboarding processes that involve multiple stakeholders (client, vendor, platform).
• Familiarity with corporate travel payment ecosystems (TMCs, OTAs, GDS) is a significant advantage.
• Desirable experience with Mastercard commercial payment products (e.g., ICCP, VCN programs, CTA structures) or similar platforms.
• Capability to operate complex configuration platforms with high precision and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience or interest in utilizing AI tools to automate workflows for enhanced operational efficiency.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with international partners.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and to work comfortably in ambiguous situations.
