This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take charge of healthcare customer engagements from start to finish.
• Lead technical initiatives that involve direct customer interaction, overseeing everything from initial scoping to implementation, delivery, and subsequent support.
• Serve as the main technical liaison for designated healthcare clients.
• Foster trustworthy relationships with customer engineering and technical teams.
• Manage several simultaneous healthcare engagements while ensuring quality delivery and maintaining customer trust.
• Design and implement integrations, data transformations, and applications tailored to address specific customer challenges.
• Navigate technical environments of customers and adapt Protege’s platform capabilities to align with real-world deployment limitations.
• Convert vague customer requirements into well-defined technical strategies, delivery milestones, and actionable implementation plans.
• Recognize where customer-specific tasks indicate potential repeatable product opportunities.
• Provide actionable product feedback based on implementation trends, customer issues, and obstacles encountered during delivery.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to transform custom solutions into reusable platform capabilities where applicable.
• Manage healthcare data environments with due diligence, including considerations for PHI and regulatory compliance.
• Make informed technical choices in complex, regulated environments.
• Clearly communicate with customers and internal teams regarding trade-offs, risks, dependencies, and implementation decisions.
• Contribute to the development of playbooks, tools, templates, and best practices to enhance future healthcare deal execution.
• Document consistent patterns and lessons learned from customer interactions.
• Assist Protege in increasing efficiency over time by converting one-off implementation efforts into reusable delivery assets.
• Background in software engineering, solution architecture, forward-deployed engineering, technical implementation, or a related customer-facing technical position.
• Capability to manage customer engagements from initial scoping through to delivery and support.
• Strong technical execution skills in custom solutions, integrations, data transformations, and/or applications.
• Familiarity with healthcare data environments, with an emphasis on sensitivity to PHI and regulatory considerations.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills and the ability to establish trust with technical stakeholders.
• Ability to connect customer needs with product and platform functionalities.
• High level of ownership, adaptability, and comfort in navigating ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Preference for creating reusable systems, playbooks, tools, and best practices rather than addressing the same issues repeatedly.
