Forward Deployed Engineer, Banking Expertise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of AI products in collaboration with banking clients, from initial deployment to production optimization and feature enhancements.

• Collaborate closely with bank executives, compliance teams, and operations teams to comprehend requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

• Design and architect integrations between Titan's AI platform and the banks' current systems, including productivity suites, CRMs, loan origination systems, and more.

• Lead technical product decisions that balance innovation, security, compliance, and the operational realities of the banking sector.

• Develop and refine prototypes, proofs-of-concept, and production features that address real banking workflows.

• Work in partnership with AI engineers and backend teams to guarantee the reliable performance of our models and agents in live banking environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid technical background with practical experience in software development using Python, TypeScript, or other modern programming languages.

• Background in the banking industry is essential, with a strong understanding of core banking; experience in consumer lending is advantageous.

• Comprehensive knowledge of system architecture, APIs, and integration patterns, enabling you to design technical solutions and convey them effectively to both engineers and executives.

• Experience working directly with enterprise clients or in customer-facing technical roles, such as solutions engineering, technical account management, or similar positions.

• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, feeling at ease presenting to C-suite executives while also debugging code as needed.

• Proven history of delivering products in dynamic environments where requirements change rapidly.
