Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with clients to conceptualize, develop, and implement customized AI solutions and autonomous LLM-based agents that meet their unique business requirements.

• Incorporate AI features into current software development life cycles (SDLC) and fundamental business processes to enhance workflows and achieve measurable efficiency.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain models in production environments to guarantee ongoing reliability, performance, and scalability.

• Convert high-fidelity customer insights and practical technical challenges into actionable recommendations for internal product and engineering teams to assist in shaping the OpenAI roadmap.

• Create and disseminate best practices for LLM implementation to support partners and the wider developer community in effectively scaling their AI initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Produce high-quality, production-ready code in Python, Java, C++, or TypeScript.

• Exhibit a profound technical comprehension of LLMs, model fine-tuning, and the subtleties of prompt engineering.

• Design and deploy scalable, API-driven applications using contemporary tools such as Docker, Flask, or FastAPI.

• Effectively communicate intricate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the organization.

• Leverage expertise in AI/ML workflows to address real-world challenges, particularly within the context of Bland AI's voice and automation platforms.
