Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You will design and implement production-ready conversational AI agents that are central to the business and drive company growth.

• These are operational, scalable AI systems, not mere experiments or proof-of-concepts, functioning across various sectors such as financial services, healthcare, and commerce.

• You will have complete ownership of the entire lifecycle of the AI agent, guiding projects from initial pilot stages through to launch and continuous improvement.

• You will work closely with decision-makers at the world's top enterprises to address their most critical challenges using agentic AI.

• The patterns and issues you encounter in the field will directly influence the evolution of the platform, tools, and product roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on experience in developing and managing end-to-end production systems at scale.

• With a natural builder's mindset and a strong sense of personal agency, you are inclined to seek solutions and implement them.

• Experience as a startup founder or early engineer is highly regarded, as you understand the trade-offs between speed, quality, and ownership.

• Demonstrated technical problem-solving skills, especially in rapidly changing and loosely defined environments.

• Experience in developing or operating AI/LLM-powered systems in a production environment is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with the current AI agent toolkit, including evaluation frameworks, orchestration tools, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.

• Knowledge of React, TypeScript, and/or Go is a plus.

• Comfortable engaging face-to-face with customers to understand their challenges and provide practical solutions.

• Previous experience in customer-facing or externally-led technical roles is advantageous.

• A clear and direct communicator who can effectively persuade both engineers and executives.

• Able to navigate ambiguity and make progress without waiting for complete clarity.

• Capable of balancing competing priorities and fostering alignment between technical and business teams.
