Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement production systems utilized by leading enterprise retailers.

• Collaborate closely with customers’ engineering, operations, and leadership teams.

• Transform new product ideas into live implementations.

• Design and enhance the core infrastructure that supports global delivery orchestration.

• Collaborate with product and AI teams to shape strategies across the APAC region.

• Troubleshoot real-world logistics processes spanning fleets, APIs, and integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in building and deploying production software.

• Extensive knowledge of APIs, backend systems, or platform integrations.

• Ability to navigate seamlessly between coding, addressing customer issues, and making architectural decisions.

• A preference for speed, iteration, and taking ownership of projects.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting directly with operators, CTOs, and executives.

• Driven to create software that has a significant impact on the physical world at scale.
