Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical implementation of Myto at client locations, guiding them from initial onboarding to full production launch.

• Collaborate directly with manufacturing teams to grasp workflows, operational hurdles, and deployment needs.

• Set up, integrate, and tailor Myto for the specific environments of customers.

• Develop lightweight tools, integrations, and automation methods that enhance customer workflows.

• Diagnose technical issues in partnership with engineering to ensure positive outcomes for customers.

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to pinpoint product enhancements based on deployment experiences.

• Evaluate new features in actual customer settings and provide organized feedback prior to wider release.

• Assist in creating repeatable deployment playbooks, implementation strategies, and best practices as Myto grows.

• Travel frequently to client locations throughout North America.
